If you are calling from the Home Service Area and call outside your Home Service Area (United States and it's affiliated Caribbean islands), you are charged the "Long Distance" rate, plus plan airtime minutes. If you are within your included plan minutes, there is no airtime minutes charge. If you have exceeded your included plan minutes, the airtime minutes charge would be at the "Additional Minutes" rate. Use our International Long Distance rate calculator.
Globalstar frequently updates their roaming information. So, check back regularly to learn about their progressive worldwide rollout of Globalstar service.
Subscribers traveling in some Central American countries currently can make outgoing calls, but cannot receive incoming calls.
