Terms and Conditions Plans are based on a contract through June 30, 2010. Credit approval required. Early deactivation will result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee based on calendar year; $750 if cancelled in 2007; $500 if cancelled in 2008, $250 if cancelled in 2009 and 2010. For roaming rates, please consult the roaming calculator. Included minutes do not apply while roaming. International roaming and long distance charges may vary depending on foreign taxes and tariffs from individual countries.
