Customers that consume all of their Pre-Paid minutes or allow their SIM card to expire will have 90 days to reload more minutes onto the card or it will be deactivated. Once the card is deactivated the customer will have to get a new Pre-Paid SIM card and will be issued a new Iridium phone number. |

* 75 Minutes - 75 minutes worth of airtime can be loaded onto the SIM and will be valid for 30 days. Customers can load 2 or 3 of the 75 minute packages onto their SIM card to extend the number of valid days and minutes. For example, two of the 75 minute packages would provide 150 minutes of airtime, valid for 60 days. Subscribers to the 75 minute prepaid plan will not be permitted to switch African or Canadian regionalized prepaid options.
*** 50 Minute Reload - This is a plan for existing prepaid customers on the 75, 500, 3,000 or 5,000 prepaid minutes plans. This plan will provide 50 additional minutes, but will not extend the expiration date. This is an ideal plan for a customer who is about to run out of prepaid minutes. This plan is not offered as a "stand alone" option, it can only be used with existing prepaid customers.
**** 30 Day Extension - This option does not include any minutes, but allows the expiration period for customers on the 75, 500, 3,000 or 5,000 minute plans to have their expiration date extended by 30 days. This is the ideal plan for a customer who has minutes remaining on their prepaid SIM card, however, the minutes will not be used before the expiration date. |
